SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is free for all orders. Please note that we work with the French post office.


The usual deadlines are as follows:
- France: 2-4 working days
- Europe: 7-10 business days
- Outside Europe: 10-20 working days

These are estimated times, please keep in mind that they may vary due to reasons we are not responsible for, such as weather, holidays, strikes, etc.

*If the customer does not pick up his package, the additional costs will be at his expense.




RETURN POLICY

We do our best to provide you with accessories and products that you will enjoy.


If not, we will do our best to make it as easy as possible for you to return your order.

The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer, except if the product does not conform to the order.
The deadline for returning the order is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to obtain a full refund,

if the product has not been used(*).

The customer must send us an email before any return, otherwise we will not be able to accept it.

Before any purchase, to avoid any confusion, the customer is requested to check the details of the product:

Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on monitor settings.
Some of our products are available in limited series:

It may therefore be that we are not able to replace the products with the same reference.

We check our products carefully, but if the customer notices anything,

The customer is requested to check the details of the product before purchasing it(**), therefore,

any aspect mentioned in the product description or on its label should not be considered as a defect and will not be accepted as a reason for it.

* The product must be returned in its original form and packaging with tags. If we find that the product has been used by the customer, the return will not be accepted.
